This Villa is a bright seaside villa with spacious outdoor and indoor comfort. It is located in Marina del Cantone / Nerano, between the Sorrento peninsula and the Amalfi coast, about 20 km from Sorrento and 20 km from Positano. It is located directly on the sea: through a private staircase from the garden you can reach the rocks in the exclusive private use, in direct contact with the sea.

- A large terrace, covered by the traditional ‘ cannuccelle ‘ where equipped with a marble table used for dining, a comfortable sofa and chairs

The house is equipped with every comfort, including laundry machine, all kitchen machineries: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, 4 gas stove, kettle, moka, american coffee maker, toaster and all handful tools useful for cooking. Wi-Fi service is available for free everywhere in the house. Every room has A/C – heating.
The Villa is accessable by a pedestrian street via the beach, along the different and famous restaurants and through the adjacent pedestrian street that connects the bay of Marina del Cantone with Regommone for a total distance of about 300m; the car can be parked on the square of the charming fishing village where there are several parking agreement (check the property details) and a porter luggage service (for a fee).
